Toby’s Body Conditioning Is a 60 minute low impact cardio strength training program using Free Weights and your own body’s weight as resistance to strengthen and sculpt your whole body. Toby will be concentrating on slow controlled movements and exercises that are specific and efficient. A Step Bench is the ideal tool to help you strengthen your abdominals with a series of challenging and effective exercises. The workout cools down with a mat based segment designed to condition your back safely and effectively.
