Toby’s Body Conditioning (Coming Thurday 3rd October)


Toby’s Body Conditioning Is a 60 minute low impact cardio strength training program using Free Weights and your own body’s weight as resistance to strengthen and sculpt your whole body. Toby will be¬†concentrating on slow controlled movements and exercises that are specific and efficient.¬†A Step Bench is the ideal tool to help you strengthen your abdominals with a series of challenging and effective exercises. The workout cools down with a mat based segment designed to condition your back safely and effectively.

Classes Start Thursday 3rd October 10-11am and every Thursday following!
