New Class Circuit Breaker

New class starting Monday 24th April at 7pm, Circuit Breaker with Zuzana Gajdo. A circuit training class incorporating kettlebells, free weights, battle ropes, and punch bags. The mixture of cardio and weighted exercise will blast fat and sculpt muscle.
