Personal Trainers have become as much as a staple of the fitness scene as dumbbells, weight machines and for the most part more user-friendly. Our Personal Trainers will design a tailor made a program with you and will help you to adhere to it. As exercise science becomes more sophisticated and training apps on telephones become more accessible the Personal Trainer has become a nearly indispensable tool for both novices and serious athletes.

If you are experienced in weight training and have reached a plateau now would be a good time to book in to change your workout if advice if needed. Do not wait till you plateau before you think about change, every five to six weeks may be the way forward so that you are constantly setting new challenges and targets for yourself.

When working out watch our trainers in action and see how they handle their clients. How many times you meet with your trainer depends on your fitness goals and your motivational levels. Our trainers can educate you on such things as correct form and how to stay motivated.

If you would like a session, please book in at reception and do not be afraid to ask your trainer questions! It is your body, your time and your money. Having a trainer ensures that you will receive the most from your sessions and it is a great investment in your health. Most importantly, having a scheduled session with a trainer promotes accountability on your part.

Small Group Training

As we are social beings some of us will find exercising with friends with a common goal great fun and a sure way to get results.
Our Small Group Training sessions are a great way to take advantage of our trainer’s knowledge. It is a format that will still allow for personalised attention and motivation but at a lower cost to you and your friends.
Your sessions could last from 4 to 6 weeks, maybe longer in some cases, for example, if you are training for your first Marathon. If you have the support of friends or acquaintances who have the same goal as you, you may find it easier to make healthier choices.
Our trainers will guide you through a whole range of exercising from Functional Fitness, Spinning, Weight Training, Outdoor/Indoor Military Fitness, Flexibility, Meditation, Boxing and much more. For you it is important that your group remain small enough for your training to be personal, also it will allow us to retain the high quality in our service to you.

How much will it cost?

Personal Training from £35 per hour, please speak to each individual trainer for rates.

Small Group Training: £50 for groups of 5 and under. An additional £10 per person will be charged over 5 persons with groups no larger than 10 in numbers.

Each training session is an hour. To get the most out of our efforts, please be ready to exercise at the appointed time. As a professional courtesy, there will be no charge on sessions that are cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. On your sessions with 10 clients, we can provide 2x Instructors if needed – to keep the personal in Personal Training.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in, some loose, comfortable clothing for example to facilitate ease of movement; and appropriate footwear. Always bring a towel and a bottle of water to each session. For more information please fill out the contact form below.
